 Central Planning, Professional Implementation. Employee training is of priority to Dongfang Group. The company centralizes the formulation of training policies, guidelines and plans and implements training for senior management members, market developers.
 General Training and Categorized Implementation. All Dongfang Group staff have the right and duty to receive training at different phase of their career development, including orientation, business knowledge and skills training, job qualification training and target-specific training. Management personnel will focus on political calibre and management capability, while marketing staff will focus on enhancing acute market judgment and innovation. Training programmes incorporate long- and short-term, on- and off-job training and both theories and practices are emphasized.
